Separate agreements control products. Your purchase, deployment, or use of Iron Hornet hardware, software, or subscription products is governed by the separate written agreement between you and Iron Hornet. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for the products it covers.

03 The Services

04 Accounts & submissions
When you submit information through our forms — including site-assessment details, photos, or other materials ("Submissions") — you represent that you have the right to provide them and that they are accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant Iron Hornet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your Submissions for the purpose of responding to your request, preparing assessments and proposals, and operating and improving the Services.
Do not submit information you are not authorized to share, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
05 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including export-control and sanctions laws;
- Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services or our systems without authorization;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach any security or authentication measures;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
- Introduce malware or other harmful code, or use automated means to scrape or harvest data without our consent;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Services to infringe the rights of others.

"Iron Hornet," our product names, and our logos are trademarks of Iron Hornet LLC. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). 11 Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises.
12 Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
